Last of the MANY days at sea

Last evening we bit on a silly offer to have cocktails in the Ice Bar which is kept at -15 Celsius (5 Fahrenheit).  They offer “warm” ponchos and thin little gloves to keep you cozy and flavored drinks with a splash (or was it an ice cube) of vodka included in the price of admission.  The bar, benches and drinking glasses are made out of ice.  It’s a 30 minute experience but by 20 minutes I was shaking rather violently and had to be “let out”.  An odd but kind of fun idea?  I’ve done it once, and would do it again if properly attired.

Tomorrow we set foot on land FINALLY!  

We will be in Palma de Mallorca Spain for the day and have opted for a hop on hop off bus.  Ed and I have been practicing our hoping all evening hoping to be successful 🐰. 

I must add that I am so proud of Ed for diligently working on his French daily.  Bravo mon vieux!!
